| NOTE: |
Dolphin Builders reserves the right
to make minor changes in the dimensions and specifications
during the execution. The builders reserve the right
to take up and execute any part of the common facilities
in accordance with their priorities. |

| Documentation: |
On allotment, an agreement to construct
the villa, be executed between the builder and the buyer.
The contract value in the agreement covers the cost
of the land, development, building and other common
infrastructure.
Registration charges and incidental expenses for the
registration of land will be to the buyer’s account,
to be paid at the time of registration. All taxes and
levies are extra.
